Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Preschool Teacher to join our team at Primrose Fort Worth West. As an Early Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Promote positive behavior management techniques
- Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and play
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
